First, preparation before construction:

Second, the construction process:
1. Back cover treatment: ensure that the foundation is free of dust, water stains, oil stains and other impurities, and then roll coated with osmotic crystalline epoxy seal primer for reinforcement base sealing treatment, roller coating should be uniform to avoid leakage brushing, curing time of 24 hours. (Ingredients should follow the principle of a small number of times according to the construction capacity, to avoid the viscosity increase too fast to affect the use)
2. Back cover trimming
After the primer is completely cured, use a professional alkali-resistant water-based polymer waterproof emulsion KJ6188: 32.5R cement: 40 mesh quartz sand: water = 1:2.5:1.25:0.5~1 (weight ratio), stir evenly (recommended to take a small number of times The principle, to avoid the viscosity rise too fast affects the use), scraping the base surface with a scraper, it is required to fill the gap of the base surface, seal, to ensure that the surface is smooth after curing, does not affect the subsequent construction, curing time of 24 hours. (The base surface is rough, the gap is large, and the dosage should be increased appropriately).
3. Medium coating
After the bottom layer is completely cured, it is uniformly mixed with a professional modified water-based high polymer paint SPU002: 60-80 mesh quartz sand = 1:1.5 (weight ratio). It is recommended to adopt a small number of times to avoid the viscosity increase too fast. It is scraped and applied to the base surface with a scraper, and there is no phenomenon such as trachoma and polycondensation. The curing time is 24 hours.
4. Topcoat layer
Roll-on or spray water-based modified polymer spu002 paint (recommended to take a small number of times, each time less, to avoid the viscosity rise too fast to affect the use), requires roller or spray evenly no leaky brush or obvious chromatic aberration, curing time 24 hours.
5. Clean the paper tape on site.
Third, technical characteristics
(1) It can improve the friction coefficient of the road surface and solve the problem of insufficient anti-sliding ability caused by the degradation of the road surface friction coefficient or the wear, aging and smoothness of the original road surface after the construction of the traditional fog seal layer.
(2) It can penetrate into the pavement pores and tiny cracks well, and fill the pores of the original pavement to effectively prevent water infiltration.
(3) It can delay the aging of the road surface bonding materials and restore the performance of the road surface asphalt materials to a certain extent.
(4) Compensation for the loss of asphalt on the original road surface can maintain and strengthen the adhesion between the aggregates of the asphalt pavement.
(5) It can improve and restore the color of the road surface, with high weather resistance and no fading.
(6) The construction tools are simple and the construction efficiency is high.
Fourth, matters needing attention
The paving material should be paved or sprayed within 1.30 minutes, and so on.
2. Do not let people walk on the surface within three hours.
3. Avoid construction on rainy days.
4. Construction temperature, the substrate temperature of 10~35 °C is at least 3 °C higher than the air dew point temperature;

5. It is not easy to place the two-component materials after mixing for a long time. The construction principle should adhere to the principle of “specialized ingredients, multiple times, and continuous supply”.
