It is an elastomeric substance formed by the reaction of an isocyanate component (referred to as component A) with an amino compound component (abbreviated as component R). The isocyanate may be either aromatic or aliphatic. The component A thereof may be a monomer, a polymer, a derivative of an isocyanate, a prepolymer, and a semi-prepolymer. Prepolymers and semi-prepolymers are prepared by reacting a terminal amino group or a terminal hydroxyl compound with an isocyanate. The R component must be composed of a terminal amino resin and a terminal amino chain extender. The terminal amino resin must not contain any hydroxyl component and catalyst, but may contain an auxiliary agent for facilitating pigment dispersion.
